EU Series
The EU series oscillator is designed to perform maximum output motion with minimal input rotation. It can oscillate the output 360 degrees with only 180 degrees input rotation. The cast iron housing is narrow and tall to encase the large diameter cam. The output shaft is designed for large bending moment to support side loading and unbalanced loads. A perfect packaging machine solution when long or multiple dwell periods are required with the drive motor or line shaft running continuously.

Output Motion
  • Performs maximum output motion with minimal input rotation
  • Oscillating angles: 15, 30, 60, 90, 180 & 360 degrees
  • Maximum output motion with minimal input rotation
  • Can perform long dwell periods at the beginning, middle & end of the oscillating motions
  • Timing can include no or multiple dwell periods anywhere during the oscillating motion
Flexibility
  • Small footprint with narrow cast iron housing
  • Multiple geared motor sizes or servo motor drive options
  • EU oscillator mounts in any position with drive motor mounting on either side of the housing
  • Optional output torque limiting clutch for flange mounting or shaft coupling
  • Compatible with on demand or continuous operation
  • Easy to synchronize (one input rotation equals one CW & CCW output cycle)
